When you choose to use AI chat or voice features in our mobile app, we may process your chat prompts, voice recordings, voice transcripts, and limited page or control context needed to respond to your request. For example, Option Matrix context may include selected product, month or tenor, selected metrics and trade types, spread settings, strike range, and similar app controls.

When optional analytics or marketing cookies are enabled, we also collect technical usage data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and visit timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

3. AI Chat and Voice Features

VALRAI mobile app includes optional AI chat and voice features. Before these features send data for AI processing, the app asks for your permission. If you decline, you can continue using non-AI app features.

Voice features send your recorded audio to Valor Analytics systems and OpenAI for transcription. The resulting transcript may then be used as your chat prompt.

AI chat features send your prompt or transcript, together with limited page or control context, to Valor Analytics systems and AI service providers to generate responses and help apply requested app actions. This context is designed to describe the current app controls relevant to your request, not to transmit full dashboard screenshots or full Option Matrix tables unless you explicitly provide that content.

You should not include confidential, sensitive, or personal information in AI chat prompts or voice recordings unless you intend to provide that information for AI processing. 4. How We Process Data (GDPR)
